Cancellation policy
ProShine understands that sometimes things happen and you may need to reschedule or cancel a clean. We will do our best to accommodate you in every way we can, all we ask is that you give us at least 24 hours notice. You will be required to pay the full service fee if you give us late notice, or if we are unable to access your home at the agreed time. If we do have problems accessing your property, we will try to contact you and will allow 15 minutes leeway.
