Office Cleaning Checklist
On each of our cleanings, the following is completed to our high standards. Some items may not require attention every visit and will be rotated as required.
The areas to be cleaned include all office areas, toilets, meeting rooms, corridor and reception area.
Entry and foyer
- Sweep and wash exterior entry
- Dust foyer furniture and fittings
- Clean entry glass doors and frames
- Vacuum foyer carpet
Carpeted floors
- Remove loose litter and paper and vacuum entire floor area including corners and edges
Vinyl and tile floors
- Sweep, Mop and Buff
Toilets and amenities
- Sweep and wash floor
- Clean and disinfect pans, seats, urinals, basins and fittings
- Remove marks from doors and walls
- Spot clean mirrors
- Replenish toilet requisites
- Dust cubicle partition taps
Kitchen
- Sweep & wash floor
- Clean sinks and bench tops & tiled surrounds
- Clean taps & fittings
- Spot clean walls, doors and cupboard doors
- Wash up any crockery and cutlery.
Rubbish
- Empty all bins into dumper bin and replace liners
- Take any empty cardboard boxes from office area into depot.
Furniture and fittings
- Damp wipe desks and working surfaces
- Wipe light switches
- Dust ledges and skirtings
- Dust all furniture and fittings
- Spot clean partition glass, spot clean doors and metals works
- Dust door jambs
This checklist list is specific and very thorough. Other offices we clean simply want a quick dust, vacuum, and empty the bins once a week.
